We discuss all options (Private Treaty, Auction or by Tender) with you and assist in choosing the selling method that best meets your needs and gains you the highest sale price in the market place.

In the process of attracting the right buyers, we will discuss with you the lifestyle benefits of your property and the features that should be emphasised. You choose the promotional time-line that best meets your requirements.

Communicate – We consult with you. You are our client, it is your property. Reliable, honest feedback allows you to make the best decisions relating to the sale of your property. Responses and feedback from potential buyers are reported and discussed with you. Tell us how you would prefer to communicate, via email or phone?

However, if for any reason you are not happy with our service, please let us know. We will strive to immediately rectify the cause of your complaint. Should this not prove satisfactory you have the option of terminating the exclusive sales agency agreement.

Sales process - From acceptance of offer to settlement day is generally 30 – 45 days. This period is negotiated to suit your requirements. For efficiency the Contract of Sale is generally drawn up in-house, using the REINT Contract of Sale. We assist your legal representative in making the sales process as stress free as possible, attend Building and Pest Inspections and co-ordinate pre-settlement inspections.
